Refund policy

Penn Fencing, Inc. accepts returns and will refund the purchase price less restocking fees of most items, provided they are returned in new, original condition and in the original packaging, subject to the following terms:

• Return Authorization Required:
  All website returns must be initiated by the customer.

• Return Window:
  Returns must be made within (30) days of receiving the product.

• Proof of Purchase:
  A copy of the original purchase invoice must accompany all returns.

• Restocking Fee:
  All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Special order or custom-fabricated materials, including but not limited to:

    • Custom-cut or custom-painted items

    • Designer color products

    • Specially ordered, non-stock items

  • Electronic components such as solar or low-voltage lighting. These items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Refused Deliveries and Damaged Shipments:
  If an order is refused at delivery, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  If an order arrives damaged, the damage must be reported to both the carrier and Penn Fencing within (5) days of receipt to ensure any applicable shipping charges may be waived.

• Shipping Costs:
  All Shipping charges and/or expenses are non-refundable. We do not supply return labels or LTL shipping. All shipping expenses for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be initiated through the proper return process provided by Penn Fence. Orders that are sent back without prior authorization or without following the specific instructions given are at risk of being delayed, missed, or misplaced, as we will not know to expect the return. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us, initiate the return, and follow the instructions provided to ensure a smooth return and refund process. Penn Fence is not responsible for items returned outside of this process or for any delays or losses that result.
